New to Therapy?
If you are a new client, you’re invited to book a complimentary extended first session (70 minutes) at no additional cost to the standard 50-minute session rate of £75. This includes an initial consultation, giving us space to explore what’s bringing you here—whether it’s emotional pain, feeling stuck, or something you’re struggling to make sense of. Together, we’ll begin to clarify your needs and the outcomes you’re hoping for, and decide how we might work together moving forward.
