A comprehensive 20-session therapeutic journey starting with a 70-minute deep-dive consultation. All subsequent 19 sessions are 50 minutes long to maintain consistent progress and focus on your mental well-being goals.

Surrounding areas, more than 7 miles from Shirley attract an additional £10.00 fee. FREE PARKING MUST BE AVAILABLE; NO STAIRS (except client is happy to carry massage couch).
